I have already defied all the odds since 15 months ago when the docs gave me three months to live. In the past nine months I have not taken so much as one aspirin to alleviate pain. My Web Site More Stuff to Come... I have recently revised the content of these web pages in order to alleviate any concerns of the FDA. Several months ago the FDA conducted an investigation where I produced all documentation for statements made on this web site. I was never informed of any concerns resulting from the investigation. I was recently (September) informed by the FDA that my shipment of Pau d'Arco Tea was put on "HOLD". I was notified to respond to this action as soon as possible.
The whole issue was that "Promotional Literature Makes Medical Claims". The specic claims were not cited. My recent shipment was then classified as a "New Drug" although the product is regularly imported and has always been classified by the FDA as a nutritional supplement. The case was resolved and the shipment was released after I ceased selling the product and included mutiple disclaimer statements in the web site. I have agreed to sell the shipment to a reputable retailer that makes no medical statements whatsoever concerning the herb.
The FDA has the righteous mission to monitor and control any improper labeling and to ferret out all false and misleading claims made for food and drug products. They also have the responsibility to evaluate any medical claims for food and drug products sold in the U.S.. It is against the law to make any medical claims for any product even if the claims are valid. The claims must be scientifically proven and evaluated by the FDA to comply with the law.
I have documented all of the articles and statements in this web site. There is no question of misleading or false statements published here. I doubt very much that the FDA will ever evaluate this unadulterated natural herb. If the National Cancer Institute or the FDA ever researched and evaluated Pau d'Arco Tea and find that there is no validity to the historical claims presented by the many authorities on the subject I would be the first to publish the facts and cease all involvement with this matter. No one has ever refuted the validity of the responsible researchers findings regarding this most promising natural herb.
I will continue with presenting my research on the subject of Pau d'Arco. If I do not promote or sell any specific product, the FDA should not be concerned.
Prevention An ounce of Prevention... I cannot overstate the value of prevention when considering any supplements in our diets. The time, cost and distress are insignificant when compared to treating cancer and other serious diseases... and it is so often the case that the disease is most difficult to treat or control.
I drink Pau d'Arco Tea everyday with the knowledge that I will never be afflicted with cancer and most other virus diseases. During the past 15 years I have never heard of anyone contacting cancer that has been using the tea on a daily basis. There are many researchers that have volumes of information about the alternative treatments for cancer diseases. Their research is most informative but they do not focus on a specific treatment for cancer. Too much information which can be overwhelming if you try to dissect a specific program (treatment) that you would use. Too much information and what is the most significant treatment or program to follow? Can't use them all...
Here's what I would do...First, I would drink at least a quart of Pau d'Arco Tea each and every day.
I would research and find a reputable source to obtain a "Urine/Saliva Test Kit". This test kit is offered by several reputable Lab Facilities to evaluate your body's PH factor. It's like testing a swimming pool's water for the best balance of chlorine. The lab can determine any deficiency in your body's PH levels. They can determine and suggest any supplements (vitamins and minerals) to bring your body into the best PH levels. Include 10,000 units of Vitamin C with your supplements.
I would then cleanse my body of accumulated wastes and toxins. This can be done with the use of Pau d'Arco Tea and a proper colon cleanse program. There are many sources of information regarding this procedure. It is vital to get rid of any toxins and accumulated wastes (including chemotherapy poisons) that we have accumulated over the decades.
The most difficult treatment for curing any disease is changing your diet. Stop ingesting red meat, sugar and white flour products is the most important step. Research and find the best diet program that you believe in... and follow it.
