Testimonials and New Information!

Since my last newsletter I have received reports via telephone calls and email regarding the curing effects of Pau d' Arco tea. The most heartwarming report was the first lady to receive the new "Blended" tea. I had sent the first small sample to this lady who had been drinking the "old" tea for over two months. After three days drinking the new "Blended" tea she was up dancing the Waltz and Polka at her family reunion. She continues the "feel great" to this day.
The second report was from another lady customer who stated that her latest CT scan showed that her significant tumor had disappeared. Still another customer stated that his Lab report show an "amazing" improvement in his Leukemia tests. And another lady reported that her skin cancer "dried up and fell off" when she applied the tea externally to her afflicted areas for 30 minutes a day.
Reports like these guide me in collecting information for our collective benefit. I expect some more amazing stories of this miraculous herbal remedy. I will report these comments from time to time. I speculate that many other successful Pau d'Arco stories exist without being reported to me.
I have recently obtained exclusive information from Sao Paulo, Brazil in regard to the species of Pau d'Arco which confirms the effectiveness of the new "Blended" tea. I have also obtained a copy of the book written by Walter Lubeck, a German author, referred to by Professor Dr. Walter Accorsi, the world's foremost authority of "Medicinal Plants of the Rain Forest".
There are many interesting statements in Walter Lubeck's book "The Healing Power of Pau d'Arco". The first English publication of the book was in 1998 making this book the most recent authority on the study of Pau d'Arco. There is a major contradiction that could be misleading to it's readers. When discussing the isolation of the component "Lapachol" (not to be confused by the name "Lapacho" which is one of the various names for the Pau d'Arco tree) he states that if the natural context of the bark is lost, side-effects of all types occur. In other words, isolating different components from Pau d'Arco bark is not effective, such as processed forms of Pau d'Arco (tablets, capsules and tinctures). He later talks of enhancing the effects of the prepared tea with "Pau d'Arco capsules" yet does not disclose what substance the "capsules" are made of.
The most effective preparation is to boil the whole bark. I have modified some of the information in this website's instruction pages to reflect some of the new information found in this informative publication. If you are interested in a Pau d'Arco Bath, take a look at our "Enhancements" page...
