Nutrition and health food stores have been found to be quite expensive. I have found that any processed form of Pau D'Arco, such as tablets, capsules and tinctures to be ineffective.
Powdered bark in gelcaps seems to be totally useless.

I no longer sell the tea... My web site is now strictly educational and informative with no sales of any product. The reason that I initially started selling the tea is because no one offered the tea in bulk one pound packages proven to be the authentic high quality product. There is still no source that specializes in selling the bulk tea. I stopped selling the tea because of the FDA involvement and also could not handle the large demand.

I used to sell the tea at ridiculously low prices. The fact is that the actual market price (for the proven high quality herb) is between $40 and $90 per pound at this time. There is a very limited (sometimes non-existent) amount of the bulk herb imported to the U.S. at this time. There are several herb and supplement stores that sell unsubstantiated and questionable products at very low prices. The samples of these products are very disappointing. They seem to be various different species and the actual import sources are unknown. They sell a very rough grind (chunks of wood) of the product that I deem to be poor quality. The only species that should be considered for purchase is the "Tabebuia Avellandae" or Tabebuia Impetiginosa" species. It should be "fine grind" or "tea bag cut" texture. It also must be cured properly.
